So many options but only one Juggling Guy.

There’s more pressure than ever for managers to provide opportunities for their teams to maintain a social connection with their colleagues and to make sure they have tools to cope with social isolation and full time home working. Book a session with me today to get your teams moving, motivated and energised.

Socially distanced teams are now more common than not and that places a huge strain on some of the things teams and managers take for granted. There’s more pressure than ever now to provide teams with opportunities to maintain a sense of social connection, to keep them communicating and most of all, to make sure they have the tools to cope with social isolation and full time home working.

Juggling has become a metaphor for modern day life. Juggling too many things at once, having too many plates spinning. All these can apply life in the workplace. As an expert circus skills teacher I use my experience those skills to get your teams motivated, energised and excited about their own potential, and their teams.

I have taught over 50,000 people how to juggle and I have developed the skills and abilities to engage, inspire and motivate others through sharing my passion for teaching Circus Skills. I’m an expert at motivating people to reach their potential and to help them enjoy themselves while they do it.

In a time where teams are often feeling constantly 'plugged-in' it is more important than ever to find a way to switch off. Through these juggling sessions I am able to deliver an important message about how learning a new skill is a great form of active mindfulness.

"Monty was absolutely brilliant. When organising the event he was so amenable, offered loads of options and was super flexible to work with us on every aspect. He was the most highly acclaimed attraction at the event, people of all ages were completely enthralled, and he well as a brilliant display for social media. A delight to work with!

Monty provided an energiser for an internal virtual conference for 450 guests. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to the brief and fully understood the event (particularly the platform limitations) before suggesting the best option from his range of services. He was always quick to respond to any questions, arrived early for the event and put on a fantastic performance that received excellent feedback from all of our guests - especially those that succeeded in his challenges! Overall, it was an excellent start to the event and we are very much looking forward to the chance we have to work with Monty!

FAQs answered by montygupwell.com

Do our clients need Juggling balls to take part?
No. 3 pairs of rolled up socks are perfect for these sessions and add to the humour as people share their sock collection. However, I am able to supply both plain and branded juggling balls as an enhancement for your sessions.
Our delegates are from all over the world and English isn't everyones first language. Will your sessions work?
Yes. I've taught people from all over the world and as well as being able to get by in French, Spanish and Italian I am fluent in "gesticulation". Seriously though I have run sessions for entire groups of non English speakers and still had as much success and as much fun.
What platform do you run your sessions on?
Simply put. Which one do you want to use? My preference is Zoom or Teams as the sessions work much better when I can see, hear and fully interact with your delegates but it is not insurmountable. (For the tech geeks - I broadacast using OBS so can jump onto any platform)
How long do your juggling sessions last?
I have energiser sessions that last 15 minutes all the way through to 1 hour long full sessions. Add a game show style quiz, Disco Bingo or balloon modelling and sessions can fill entire days if you need.
Isn't juggling too difficult to teach people en mass?
When you have taught 50,000 people to juggle the answer is no. I teach in a way that's unlike anyone else. It's simple to understand, fun and achievable. Not everyone will learn in their session but they will be able to juggle with a short amount of practise afterwards.
