Set within the idyllic location of Newbury Racecourse, our spectacular spaces offer a wide variety of modern, purpose built function rooms. We can facilitate a variety of events and capacities from corporate team building days to large conference meetings, exhibitions and celebrations. For any non-racing events we have a minimum requirement of 100 delegates. However, if you would be interested in hosting your event on a race day, we would happily pass your details to our Hospitality team.

What are your minimum/maximum delegate requirements?: Our minimum requirements for non-race day events is 100 delegates. The maximum number we can accommodate is 700 people for any indoors events and 20,000 people for outdoor events.
Can I bring my own caterer?: We work with an external catering company so we do not permit external caterers. Unless our catering company are unable to cater for your requirements (for example cultural/traditional food).
Can I provide my own suppliers?: Yes you can, we have no restrictions on suppliers. We do have a list of preferred suppliers if you would like some recommendations.
Do you have any on-site accommodation?: Yes, our on-site hotel The Lodge has 36 rooms available to hire. We can also offer conference & events discounts on the rooms. If you need more rooms we also have a hotel planner that we can share, which gives you preferred rates in the area.
What are your nearest train stations/ motorway?: We have our own main line train station just outside our venue which is just a short walk to the main gates. Newbury Racecourse has direct trains into London Paddington, from 49 minute journey times. Our nearest motorway is the M4 which is a 15 minute drive away.
