The Venues of Excellence Preferred Partner Programme continues to grow as iVvy Software, JPA Workspaces and Enhance each sign a partnership agreement with the consortium.
With over 40 venues in the consortium, the Preferred Partner Programme offers the perfect springboard for companies offering products and services to the hospitality industry. It is a pivotal benefit to members who want to engage with specialists providing products and services to the hospitality sector. Partners can engage with the members throughout the year at networking events virtually and at venues, at the same time each having a series of marketing activities, which culminates at the Venues of Excellence Annual Conference, the next of which will be held in January 2022.
Lauren Hall, CEO, iVvy software on signing the agreement commented: “At this crucial time in the recovery of the events industry iVvy is delighted to become a partner of Venues of Excellence and have the opportunity to engage and share with members and partner alike our knowledge, expertise and capacity to support the future business success of events through technology.
iVvy’s modern, cloud-based Sales and Catering software is revolutionising the way meeting planners connect with hotels, allowing hotels to display rates and inventory for their meeting space online and facilitate real-time bookings. With enhanced reporting and analytics, hotels are provided with greater visibility over their business so they can yield their group rooms, meetings and event spaces to maximize revenue. To date, iVvy supports more than 25,000 users in 13 countries, with continued expansion under way.”
By contrast, JPA Workspaces create bespoke furniture solutions demonstrating sustainability in every aspect of their business operations taking a holistic approach to furniture and related furniture services. Fiona Edwards, Head of Sustainability for JPA Workspaces on joining the programme said: ‘We first discovered Venues of Excellence last year and simply felt that we shared a lot of common ground. We are also committed to the highest possible standards of product and service quality, underpinned by our passion for sustainability and inherent additional value. We really look forwards to meeting Venues of Excellence members and to becoming part of the family.’
Enhance is an independent company with no ties to suppliers, buying groups or procurement services and work alongside their clients to find what suits your business best. Their bottom line is delivering exceptional results, saving on average 10 – 14% for clients, and because there is no outlay for their services, all savings go straight to the bottom line. On signing the partnership agreement, Andy Morris, Commercial Director commented: “Enhance are delighted to join Venues of Excellence as a preferred partner and we are very much looking forward to working with more of the members to deliver tailored procurement solutions and building strong business relationships.”
"We launched our Preferred Partner Programme a number of years ago and we are delighted with how the programme is running. We offer a broad spectrum of suppliers to our members who value the programme, offering cost savings and more importantly knowing that working with the companies within the programme they are working with those at the top of their specialism. The past few months we have seen an increase from those looking to partner with Venues of Excellence in our Preferred Partner Programme and anticipate this will continue as the industry continues to recover, reshape and reposition.”
