It takes lots of time, dedication and budget for venues to pull off a successful venue showcase, and equally for event buyers to commit themselves to attending. As the evolution of events continues at speed, the question we’re asking is whether the art of the showcase is still thriving, or merely surviving?
To help us understand the importance of showcases in 2024 from both the venues’ and the event buyer’s perspectives, we’re excited to be tying up with the team at Custard – the hospitality marketing experts – to conduct some exclusive research.
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be asking both how venues are faring with their approaches but also whether event buyers think they’re still an effective way to learn more about a venue’s capabilities and its suppliers.
