The appointment comes amid Countrywide Hotels increasing demand to advise clients on expansion plans, asset management and disposal.
Alex Campbell MIRCS, who joins Countrywide Hotels in September 2022, brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from over 15 years working within the UK hotel sector, where he has handled several high-profile single assets, portfolio and investment projects in a brokerage role.
In the past 18 months, Countrywide Hotels’ portfolio has increased, this is due to the flexible and reactive team at Countrywide who have undertaken numerous projects to bring about increased revenue and profits for their asset owners. In most cases introducing third-party debt providers and providing full management support.

Alex’s role will encompass supporting the current Countrywide Hotels ownership base by leading product repositioning, rebranding with international franchise arrangements and supporting with off-market purchases.
