Published by Neil ThompsonDICE, the Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Conferences and Events, has secured government funding to investigate the true extent of inequality in UK events, with the University of Surrey.
DICE is going to be auditing hundreds of events across every sector to benchmark inclusion, and use AI tools to scan as many lineups and marketing materials for biased language as we possibly can.
As part of this research, DICE needs to interview UK events organisers to get a qualitative view of the challenges and opportunities faced when it comes to organising a diverse and inclusive event, so if this is you - PLEASE get in touch! They will even pay you £20.00 for your time!
