The Delegate Wranglers and Lime Venue Portfolio are joining forces to unpack the key trends shaping 2026, as their DW on the Road series returns with a new edition focused that will supercharge event professionals at the beginning of the year.
‘Supercharge Your 2026’, taking place at the QEII Centre 5th February 2026, will gather venue leaders, chefs, organisers and commentators for a fast-paced afternoon of insight and debate.
Highlights include a Taste brand update on 2026 food trends from experts at Levy and the QEII Centre, and a panel exploring brain food and waste reduction with Jo Austin, Sales Director of Lime Venue Portfolio, QEII representatives and event organisers. The session includes early findings from Lime Venue Portfolio’s new Food & Events Survey and the return of #FORO. There will be a live discussion on the Delegate Wranglers’ #SHOWUP campaign.

One of the day’s headline moments will be “Unleash Your Inner Rockstar”, a high-energy keynote from Tom Morley, who has worked with many musical greats — including David Bowie and Scritti Politti. Morley now helps brands and teams unlock their creative potential. His session will explore the power of collaboration, innovation and bold thinking, with colourful stories from his time in the music industry. Designed as a New Year reset for planners, it promises motivation, fresh ideas and a welcome dose of entertainment.
The programme will wrap up with a quick-fire hackathon to crowd-source practical time-saving tactics to support planners facing increasing demands with limited bandwidth in the year ahead.
