The Meetings Show is putting out a final call for registrations to this year’s stellar event, which promises to inspire, inform and engage event professionals from all corners of the world’s business meetings and events community.
his year’s show, at Excel London on 25-26 June, will be bursting with activity – from inspirational talks and discussions and suppliers eager to share updates, to insightful and fun networking activities designed to create new connections and strengthen existing ones.
Free online registration closes on 24 June, so event professionals are urged to register now to secure their space and avoid an onsite fee.

- Boost your knowledge
All visitors have access to The Meetings Show’s expertly curated education programme. Content will be delivered across three areas – Stages One and Two, home of professional keynotes, debates and seminars, and the Blank Canvas, a space for experimentation – on both days of the show.
An impressive roll call of speakers are signed up to share their knowledge in sessions, with selected experts, also available to ‘borrow’ from The Meetings Show’s Human Library.
This new feature allows event professionals to attend 15 minute one-to-one chats with experts including Claus Raasted of The College of Extraordinary Experiences, Taylor Smith of BCD Meetings, Megan Garmers of Streamline Social and award-winning comedy writer Beth Sherman, ready to answer your burning questions and share their advice in their areas of expertise.
Fancy a closer look at topics such as technology, sustainability, staffing, or the future of the industry? Head to the MESA, isla or MIA stands, and the Power of Events hub with -45dB to hear more on these topics.
Tech supplier CrowdComms is among those hosting campfire sessions at the MESA stand (F81). In Let’s Talk Marketing: AI, Influencers & Finding Your Edge, at 10:30am on Wednesday 25 June, Johnny D. Martinez and Chloe Richardson will explore how AI tools and influencer strategies are transforming the way events are marketed and experienced.
Meanwhile, speakers sharing top tips from the MIA stand (D51) include Kat Rack and Louisa Ritchie of Selling Savvy, who will be sharing tips on strategic account management and on building relationships with agents at 10am and 12pm respectively on Wednesday 25 June.
And the Power of Events hub with -45dB, supplier of modular, sustainable, temporary structures and meeting pods offering up to 45 decibels of sound-reduction, will be a hotbed of discussion. Head to stand C32 for sessions such as The Power of Inclusive events and Accessible Talent: Supporting Neurodiversity and Alternative Learning (Wednesday 25 June 2:40pm) and Next Gen Talent: Education, Training, and DEI (Thursday 26 June 2:40pm).
Opinionated types looking to join the debate should head over to Stages One and Two, or the Blank Canvas at 9:45am on Thursday 26 June for The Reckoning sessions where the future of the meetings and events industry will be challenged, championed, and redefined.
Join industry leaders, professional bodies and experts as they weigh in for an honest chat about sustainability, talent and advocacy in this debut feature.
If you’re concerned you won’t be able to take in all that wonderful knowledge, don’t be. This year all educational sessions delivered on stages and in the Blank Canvas will feature AI-powered live captioning thanks to a collaboration with Snapsight and Speaksee, while visualisers Lim, will be creating live visual communications for sharing at the show and in a Playbook.

Between supplier meetings and attending education sessions, make space to build connections at one of the many networking events both on stands and on stages.
Minor Hotels (stand H50); Motivation Hungary (stand C41) and Greater Miami Convention Bureau (stand D23) are among those with activities on stands, while on Stage One on Wednesday 25 June at 12:40pm there’s a chance to meet the leaders of the future at the Tomorrow’s Talent session. In Celebrating and Learning from Tomorrow’s Talent: Gen Z Insights for Industry Leaders, honour the success of Tomorrow’s Talent 2025 winners and hear them share their vision for the future.
On Thursday 26 June at 12:15pm in Gallery Room 10/11, Diversity Alliance and Hay Events will be hosting a dynamic lunch session designed to spotlight and empower Black talent within the events industry.
Empowering Black Talent in Events: Connect, Learn, and Lead features an expert panel, including Grace Louisy of Headbox; Tashika Udi-Thomas of William Reed; Laura Kelly of Live Recruitment and Mark Green of the QEII Centre and includes networking activities and speed mentoring. It is open to professionals from all backgrounds who are committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in events.
And end the day with a dance at Delegate Wranglers Meet-Up/Kitchen Disco. Head to the Delegate Wranglers stand (D81) and Lime Venue Portfolio stand (D69) from 4pm on 25 June for drinks, amazing networking and a DJ in LVP's kitchen stand.
Or if you prefer to network in the fresh air, join Go! Running Tours 5k run or 3k brisk walking tours on the morning of day two. Head to the Custom House entrance at Excel for 7am on Thursday 26 June to take part.

The Meetings Show is always welcoming, but for 2025 it is going all out by prioritising inclusivity, accessibility, and wellbeing through a partnership with EventWell.
This year’s show will feature an enhanced range of wellbeing initiatives, including the return of the popular Quiet Room, designed as a calming, sensory-friendly space for anyone needing a break from the show floor. Additionally, through the EventWell partnership, all attendees will have access to a Buddy system, providing support to those who would prefer to navigate the event in a pair or a small group.
In partnership with EventWell, Snapsight, Speaksee, and Lim, the show will offer wellbeing sessions, live communication visuals, and initiatives aimed at fostering neuroinclusion and mental health for all attendees.
In support of emerging talent, The Meetings Show will be inviting apprentices to help run the show this year. The initiative, supported by Events Apprenticeships and in collaboration with training provider partners JGA and Access Industry, will give apprentices hands-on experience working on-site.
Event professionals can also feel a part of the show when they’re away from the show floor by tuning into the popular Meeting Room Podcast which will be recorded live at the show on both days. Stay tuned to find out who hosts James Lancaster, Paul Harvey and Holly Patrick will be talking to.
