The company was founded by Oonagh O’Reilly and Marie-Claire McGreevy who have more than 35 years’ combined specialist expertise in driving transformational change and growth working with Top 100 brands and high growth scale ups including NI Chamber, Irish Football Association and Texthelp.
The pair have a stellar track record in exceeding challenging revenue targets and providing leadership to grow and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver substantial commercial growth.
A passion for accountability-based leadership was the catalyst that led them to launch MCO Performance. Having previously led the commercial function at the iconic ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall, and Ulster Hall venues, they empowered their intergenerational team to achieve significant success and become a high-performing unit.
Together with their team, Marie-Claire and Oonagh launched the award-winning ICC Belfast brand, more than doubled ticket sales revenue, and gained industry kudos for their radical approach to innovation and ability to repeat and refine success.
Now, they partner with world-class clients such as Lightbulb Teams Founded by David Meade and Sunday Times’ Top Track 100 and Best Places to Work Award winners including First Event to uncover the power of creating straightforward systems and processes that allow their teams to use more of their processing power for the magic, rather than the mundane.
Through a combination of high-energy workshops, keynotes, and consultancy projects, MCO Performance inspires positive action. Working as an extension of client teams, they inherit commercial KPIs as their own and their fresh, practical approach has seen success to date with teams throughout the UK and Ireland.
