Knightsbridge Global Representation has been appointed to represent Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts within the UK meetings and events market, supporting the brands' portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts across Europe and Africa.
The appointment covers Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, including the iconic The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, Raffles London at The OWO, Fairmont Monte Carlo and the newly opened Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere. Knightsbridge Global Representation will work in strategic partnership Accor's global sales team to increase awareness, generate new business opportunities and drive growth for the Raffles and Fairmont brands among UK agencies, corporates and associations outside the groups global managed account programme. That segment accounts for a substantial share of UK outbound meetings, incentive and event spend, and it is where both brands see the clearest room to grow.
For UK planners outside Accor's managed account programme, the appointment provides a dedicated UK based point of contact for enquiries, venue recommendations, proposals, site inspections and familiarisation visits across both luxury brands.
Knightsbridge Global Representation is led by Managing Director Nicola Byrne, who joined the agency world after eight years at Accor, most recently as Strategic Meetings & Events Sales Director, Luxury & Lifestyle.
“Raffles and Fairmont are two of the most recognised names in luxury hospitality, each with a distinct identity and an exceptional portfolio,” said Byrne. “Our role is to help UK planners understand where each hotel can deliver the greatest value for their clients, while making it as easy as possible to connect with the right teams. By combining deep knowledge of the portfolio with strong local relationships, we can create more meaningful opportunities for both our partners and the hotels.”
“Matthew Clive-Roberts, Global Vice President Sales at Raffles and Fairmont, said: "The UK remains one of our most important source markets for luxury meetings and events. We wanted a partner with genuine expertise in this sector rather than a generalist representation agency. Nicola and her team bring outstanding industry knowledge, long standing relationships and a trusted reputation built over three decades. This appointment gives UK planners faster, more personalised access to Raffles and Fairmont properties across Europe and Africa."
The appointment is Knightsbridge Global Representation’s third significant client win since the agency launched in January 2026, following Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts and Spanish destination management company maximice events group.
Knightsbridge Global Representation will introduce the portfolio to the UK market through a programme of client events, educational site visits and trade show activity beginning 1st August 2026. UK planners can contact the team at Nicola@kgrreps.co.uk
