Lime Venue Portfolio Renews Education Partnership with The Delegate Wranglers for 2026

Lime Venue Portfolio has renewed its education partnership with The Delegate Wranglers for a second year, reinforcing a shared commitment to practical learning, peer-led insight and future-focused thinking for event professionals.

The 2026 partnership will see Lime Venue Portfolio contribute thought leadership, research and expert voices across a series of The Delegate Wranglers platforms and events, designed to support organisers navigating an increasingly complex events landscape.

Key elements of the renewed partnership include two DW On the Road events in 2026, beginning with ‘Supercharge Your 2026’ at the QEII Centre on 5 February, followed by a Northwest edition later in the year. Lime Venue Portfolio will also be represented at The Delegate Wranglers Summit 2026, with Sales Director Jo Austin joining a panel discussion.

Through the education programme, The Delegate Wranglers will continue to share Lime Venue Portfolio’s award-winning industry guides. The next release, the Big Event Food Survey Report , will be followed by additional insight-rich resources created to support customers and the wider events community, offering valuable perspectives on food strategy, innovation and the growing role of technology in events.

The first DW On the Road event of the year, ‘Supercharge Your 2026’, will bring together venue leaders, chefs, organisers and industry commentators for a fast-paced afternoon of debate and discussion at the QEII Centre.

The programme will include a Taste brand update on 2026 food trends from culinary experts at the QEII Centre, alongside a panel exploring brain food and waste reduction. The session will feature Jo Austin, representatives from the QEII Centre and event organisers, and will share early findings from Lime Venue Portfolio’s new Food & Events Survey, as well as the return of its industry forum, #FORO.

“Education that is grounded in real operational experience is more important than ever for organisers. Our partnership with The Delegate Wranglers allows us to share insight, challenge thinking and create space for honest discussion — whether that’s around food strategy, sustainability or how events need to evolve to better support people.”

Jo Austin, Sales Director at Lime Venue Portfolio

The renewed partnership not only reflects Lime Venue Portfolio’s ongoing investment in education-led engagement with organisers, using research, collaboration and live discussion to support better-informed decision-making across the events sector, but also demonstrates The Delegate Wranglers’ commitment to educational and enjoyable events for the wider event industry.
