Alicia joins with over 20 year’s sector experience, having worked in marketing communications, business development and client relationship management roles for the Science Museum Group and White Light.
The appointment marks an exciting development in a long-standing relationship history, with Alicia having first engaged Patch Marketing’s services as a client when the business launched in 2010.
“We’re thrilled to have Alicia joining us in this new role, which will be integral to driving forward our strategic goals. Our growing client portfolio includes many of the industry’s leading venues and suppliers, so Alicia’s expertise, combined with her extensive network and unique perspective as a former client, are invaluable.”
Jackson Clark, managing director of Patch Marketing
Despite the challenges of the post-pandemic business environment, Patch has achieved growth, with revenue increasing by 35% since 2021. New account wins during this time include Blue Strawberry, Westminster Venue Collection, Wise Productions, Iventis and StoneX Stadium.
In the communications director role, Alicia will collaborate closely with Patch’s clients, creating an array of written content to support the delivery of strategic multi-channel digital campaigns. Business development and relationship management will also be a key focus as the agency continues to grow.
Alicia says: “This is a milestone career progression for me, and I couldn’t be happier to be joining the team at this time. Ever since I first reaped the benefits of working with Patch as a client, I’ve seen the company evolve and diversify. Their portfolio represents some of the UK’s most renowned venues and event suppliers, so the opportunity to utilise my skills and contribute to their future successes is incredibly exciting. The values and culture Patch Marketing embody as an employer and their level of customer service delivery are exemplary, and I’m delighted to start this new chapter in our relationship.”
