Unique Venues of Great Britain and partners have officially announced their speakers for Unique Venues Expo 2022, a multi-city hybrid conference and exhibition for event organisers.

Taking place on Wednesday 12 January 2022, this unmissable hybrid event is set to take place across four cities and the agenda has been released. Based on three fundamental principles: Innovate, Explore and Collaborate – UV EXPO 2022 is all about reimagining the future of the events industry, elevating performance, and combatting success.

Professor Damien Hughes, from well-known The High-Performance Podcast (with Jake Humphrey), has been announced as the host for the first session around Innovation. This session, sponsored by Clear Agency, will delve into the success stories of Leading Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner Ashanti Bentil-Dhue, The Business Narrative’s Sasha Frieze and The Delegate Wranglers’ Neil Thompson. All hugely successful in their journeys through the sector, this is not to be missed.

In the Explore session, the exhibition will allow guests to engage with venues and event suppliers from across the UK, with a unique opportunity to network and connect. Or explore the future of hybrid events, a pre-recorded session delivered by our session sponsors, Manchester Central.

The day will conclude with the Collaborate session, sponsored by Selling Savvy, with interactive breakouts and an esteemed panel will discuss how to build lucrative and authentic relationships between venues and event agents. This will feature BMA House’s Michael McGowan, Hotel Football’s Jess Southworth, Ace Bookings’ Joanne Wilson, and events personality and Director Ellis Salsby

Curated by Unique Venues of Great Britain and supported by partners including Worldspan, Clear Agency, Manchester Central, and Selling Savvy, this future-forward event will be held simultaneously across these four city venues; Manchester’s Chamber Space, Horizon Leeds, The Studio Birmingham, and London, where the venue is still to be revealed.

UV Expo 2022 will allow event organisers to attend in-person or virtually, and delegate experience is being led by headline sponsors Worldspan, on their acclaimed Virt-Us Live platform.
