The HAC (Honourable Artillery Company) is the latest member to join the consortium, adding an outstanding London venue to the portfolio. A unique and historic London venue, The HAC offers an unparalleled venue for corporate, private and sporting events with a beautiful range of traditional rooms, complemented by the outstanding Artillery Garden to host events.
Stewart Elsmore, Chair of the Advisory Group carried out the Quality Assessment for The HAC prior to being invited into membership and following his assessment said: “There is crystal clear evidence of best practice and a high attention to detail running through the operations at The HAC. There is a strong culture of continuous improvement and encouragement for the team to perform well and to provide excellent service which is borne out by the positive customer feedback and supported by their mystery shopper programme. Without hesitation, we welcome The HAC into the membership of Venues of Excellence. Their values and behaviours fit hand-in-glove with ours and their membership will increase our presence in London.”
Specialising in unique and independent venues, the consortium welcomes private clubs who have a commercial arm to their business to support the core purpose of the organisation.
