The Venues Collection has unveiled a special summer edition of its popular Pick & Mix incentive offer, giving event organisers the opportunity to add Jude’s dairy-free ice cream to meetings and events booked across its UK venues.
Available on bookings confirmed before 30 October 2026 for events taking place up to 31 March 2027, the Pick & Mix offer allows organisers to choose from a range of complimentary upgrades and added-value benefits designed to enhance the delegate experience while helping budgets go further.
For events over £1,000 in value, organisers can select from a range of incentives including free syndicate rooms for up to 10 people, one in 10 delegates going free, a complimentary overnight stay for the organiser on a bed and breakfast basis, a welcome drinks reception, or an upgraded afternoon break featuring Jude’s dairy-free ice cream.
Smaller events with more than 10 delegates and a value under £1,000 can also benefit from selected incentives including complimentary syndicate rooms, free delegate places and the upgraded afternoon break option.
The introduction of Jude’s ice cream forms part of The Venues Collection’s commitment to working with suppliers that share its sustainability values. Jude’s is a certified B Corp business and has invested heavily in reducing its environmental impact through initiatives including carbon reduction programmes and renewable energy.
