Struggling tourism and hospitality sector in Worcestershire thrown a FREE life-line support opportunity!

As the UK tourism and hospitality industry continues to deal with the effects of the on-going pandemic and struggle to survive for when businesses may fully re-open, The Hospitality Partnership, in collaboration with Worcester Business Central, Visit Worcestershire and Worcestershire Country Council are delivering a number of business support sessions to businesses within the sector.

Jan Denning, founder of The Hospitality Partnership commented, “this is an incredible initiative at a time this valuable sector needs it most! I applaud the County’s authorities and organisations for recognising the value of the tourism and hospitality sector to the visitor economy and creating this opportunity to support businesses”.

The initiative is part of the national peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. Delivered locally by Worcester Business Central, there is a dedicated cohort for the tourism and hospitality sector, the cohort will be made up of small, diverse groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, the sessions will enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them. From finance and HR to sales, marketing, finance, strategy and business planning, customer service and more, our expert session facilitators will give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance.

Jan Denning added, “The support is FREE, 18 hours of facilitated learning and also FREE one to one time with the facilitator(s). This time of not working ‘in the business’, whilst frustrating, is also a gift, an opportunity to use this first quarter of 2021 to learn, share knowledge, prepare and plan to not only survive, but to thrive and flourish as we move further into the year. I urge all businesses, asking for help and support, to check out the criteria and get registered, there is nothing to lose but an awful lot to gain!”
