One Moorgate Place is a grade II listed building which opened in 1893. It has a range of diverse spaces that can accommodate a number of event requirements. Opulent rooms such as the Main Reception Room and Members’ Room remain true to the building’s historical and cultural heritage, while the Great Hall and range of contemporary and modern rooms are perfect for conferences and business meetings.
As you venture through One Moorgate Place, you will appreciate the creative engineering work of the original architectural style and building design. With extensions and updates taking place throughout its history, there is a strong art-deco feel in some areas which juxtaposes the original features.
Although a grade II listed building, One Moorgate Place continues to move with the wants and needs of the events and conferencing market and maintains to keep up with technical developments of the 21st century.

All of our spaces, including the historic rooms, are equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and video conferencing facilities, offered at no extra cost! Our in-house AV team will assist you in the lead up and on the day of the event.

- Yes, all of our rooms offer natural daylight and there is locally controlled air conditioning installed in all spaces, including the heritage rooms.

- All of our spaces are accessible for wheelchair users and we have accessible toilets in some areas making them fully DDA compliant.
- Do you offer in-house catering?
- Yes, our in-house caterers are Searcys and we can accommodate any type of event catering or cuisine.

- One Moorgate Place is conveniently located in the heart of the London City with easy access to major transport links. Bank and Moorgate Stations are both 5 minutes’ walk away and Liverpool Station is located 6mins away. Cannon Street Station is also 10mins walk away.
