Our bespoke Open Meet platform enables delegates to ask and upvote questions, take part in live polls and discussions, upload pictures, view the agenda, complete surveys, upload documents, provide links, and give speakers feedback during webinars. We can also design a bespoke event microsite and digital content, create online ticketing and registration platforms, design customised immersive frames for webinars and meetings, produce multilingual subtitles, and provide tools for creating professional-level pre-recorded presentations.

The Open Audience team and Leslie are beyond helpful and supportive, any stress and technical worries go out the window completely!
They make sure everyone is fully prepped and aware of the objectives, content and ideal outcomes, whether a focus group of 3 participants, or a larger advisory board.
Technically everything is taken care of, tested, checked and lined up with participants and facilitators, leaving you to feel totally reassured things will run smoothly, able to focus on bringing the most of out the interactions had and incorporate the feedback and suggestions provided by the Open Audience team who are extra eyes and ears in the event.
