· Planning, managing, & delivering responsibilities & procedures to facilitate multiple event (live/ hybrid/ virtual/ studio hire) per week.
· Equipment (internal/ external), labour and resource scheduling through our rental software – Flex
· Continuous development of operational procedures
· Technical & organizational consultation with sales & account management team
· Maintaining & progressing supplier relationships & contractor database
· Producing technical schematics, cable calls and floor plans
· Engaging in client and project development processes and assisting with pitching for new business alongside the team
· Producing basic H&S documentation RAMS
· Proactively keeping up to date with the latest technology, rigging, power, and safety procedures
· Ability to read and produce SketchUp & CAD drawings
· Organise weekly operational meetings
· Ability to deal with Covid site rules
