Rabin Events Limited was founded in 2016 by Sophia Fergusson, an experienced Global Events Director, who after leading and managing a highly successful in-house corporate global events team at Cadbury, Kraft Foods and Mondelez, listened to her peers to run her own events agency.

With over 25 years in the event business, Sophia has a sustained record of success in the B2B Corporate Meetings & Events marketplace and with extensive background in Global and SME organisations, managing complex events, incentives, exhibitions and conferences to meet challenging objectives within constantly changing deadlines.

An inspirational leader and outstanding team player who creates robust strategies to translate vision into reality. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with a passion for making a difference, focus on attention to detail together with excellent communication skills.

Available for freelance event management & account management as well as consultancy for going in and filling the gap for events & travel in-house as well as agencies.
