- How much notice do you need?
- We are aware of how crazy this industry can be with its tight deadlines and turnaround times. Ideally, we would prefer 5 days' notice, but we will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
- What is the typical timeline for a video?
- From shoot day to the final delivery, we typically need 1-2 days for smaller events, and 3-5+ days for events that span multiple days. We also offer fast-tracked edits subject to project requirements.
- Can you create a brief for us?
- Don't worry if you don't have a brief ready for us. We're more than happy to discuss this during our initial consultation to figure out what requirements are suitable for you event!
- Do you work overseas?
- Yes, we understand the importance of having a trusted team to create highlights for your event and have had the privilege of working at numerous events outside of the UK.
