We have 15 meeting and event spaces in total.
Do you require a bedroom commitment when booking an event?
No, we do not require any bedroom commitment when booking an event with us. However, should you wish to take a bedroom block with your event, we can offer a favorable rate.
Do your meeting and event spaces have natural light?
Yes, the Nine Kings Suite reception, foyer and main space has natural light. Additionally, our smaller meeting spaces offers the same.
What is the maximum capacity your venue can hold in cabaret?
The Nine Kings Suite, which is our flagship ballroom, has a capacity of 520 delegates in cabaret. This Suite boasts a large pillar-less room with natural day light, and a ceiling height of 4.2m. The Westbourne Suite, located on the lower ground floor, can accommodate 620 in cabaret.
What are your nearest transport connections?
The Hotel sits directly on top of Lancaster Gate station (central line) and we are a five minute walk to Paddington, which has connections to all major underground lines & the Heathrow Express - which can get you to Heathrow Airport just in 15 minutes.
