Story idea behind Ruby Molly is a nod to the covered markets around 1892, a place where two worlds collided. Farmers and craftsmen from the country would cart their goods into the big city to sell. We‘d like to share this story with our guests giving them a taste of the country in the city by using finishes, materials, and decorative objects that reflect this contrast: a rustic farm table might be paired with vintage chairs upholstered in velvet, a marble-topped bar might be faced in wicker. This creative tension will create an unforgettable guest experience portraying the market & the people who worked there
