My name is Raj and I am
the chef and founder of Scratch Cook Social which is bringing a new perspective
to modern Indian catering. Using authentic Indian flavours, I draw on my
experience of working and living in different parts of the world to influence
each of the dishes I create. Under-pinning this is a commitment to using
wholefood ingredients, ethically and naturally reared meats and ultimately,
sharing my love and passion for all things cooked from scratch.

We were looking for a wow factor and boy did we get it!
Raj @scratchcooksocial catered for our team summer day out! We were looking for a wow factor and boy did we get it! A catered BBQ with difference, beautifully spiced salmon and chicken on the BBQ freshly cooked and served, we felt like we were on holiday! Raj was well prepared, has a host of different BBQs for different flavours, and you can tell he’s passionate about it! The side dishes served were unique and something that definitely gave the palate a pleasant surprise! Our team loved it! Just not sure how we will beat it next year! Will probably do the same!! Just want to say a huge thank you to @scratchcooksocial for the amazing food and serving everything with so much passion and smiles!
