To send a Press Release to The Delegate Wranglers please note the following:
- We will only consider running the press release / news article if it is relevant to the event industry, not in bad taste / negative and fits in with our general guidelines.
- There are a lot of factors to consider so we can't guarantee your article will be used on DW, and on specific dates, but we will try our best.
- Also we are not able to post regularly for one client.
Assuming the above - please send us:
- Please send in a standard press release style format, so please write it in the 3rd person and a word document / email is preferred - we can't accept PDFs due to problems with the text formatting.
- An image or photo(s) to use with the piece (in landscape format please)
- Your logo – transparent if you have it please
- The copy for the article. Approx. 2 or 3 paragraphs, with a quote or too is always good and of course, the call to action – inc links etc
- Send it to: info@thedelegatewranglers.com
- Please start the subject of the email with: 'Press Release / News'
