Located in super cool Hoxton, we got the chance to check out this fantastic new meeting space in the heart of London – and what a treat lay in store for us. This amazing loft space really is a perfect place to hold an event with a difference. Be that for experiential events or for a more formal conference, the Flowerpot is definitely your go to place. And judging by the level of interest so far, lots of other people agree with us.
Situated right beside the Regent’s Canal and just a quick 5 minute walk from either Haggerston or Hoxton stations, this venue is fantastic. As you enter the Flowerpot building and head upstairs to the main room, you are immediately hit by the natural daylight (25m skylight running the length of the building) Filled with fabulous foliage (hanging plants, living walls and flower beds that change with the seasons - so oxygen galore!!) - it really is glorious. From the moment you walk in, your imagination is set to work, considering the fabulous events you could operate in here.
With meeting space for 100 in theatre style, 50 in cabaret / U-shape or 100 for a reception, there are tons of options here. Things like small to medium sized conferences, training courses, workshops, and team building events would work especially well here.
The Flowerpot is the brainchild of Will Smith and Phil Rose who decided to open this amazing venue in September 2018. The guys are really proud of it, which is very evident. Will said, "After 10 years working in a variety of fabulous venues, I wanted to use all my experience and offer a meetings & events space that ticked all the boxes, with a wealth of natural daylight and plenty of beautiful plants to keep delegate inspired throughout the year.
Catering here is all done by external partners and the Flowerpot has many connections to fulfil any of your requirements, but clients are also free to bring in their own as well.
In terms of what you get - every event includes unlimited tea, coffee & soft drinks, HD projector's, 65" TV screen, all furniture and exclusivity within the venue - along with AV support. With transparent hire fees starting at £1,000.00 excl. VAT for daytime hire.
