How do I make an enquiry or book an event?
You can submit an enquiry through the website, call the events team on 0113 203 3899, or use the online enquiry form and a dedicated events manager will be in touch. Showrounds are available by appointment. Our events team will be happy to arrange a tour of the suites and discuss your event requirements in detail.
Does the venue offer catering?
Yes. All events benefit from award-winning, in-house catering, with menus tailored to your event style – from working lunches and banquets to canapé receptions and themed party menus.
Is onsite parking available?
Yes, Headingley Stadium offers on-site parking for event guests, subject to availability and event scheduling. Details can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Is audio-visual equipment included?
AV packages can be included or upgraded depending on your event needs. Our team can provide screens, projectors, microphones, staging, and technical support.
Is there accommodation onsite?
Yes. Headingley Stadium Hotel is located within the stadium grounds and offers 36 bedrooms, ideal for residential conferences or guests attending evening events.
