Here at Sparq, we plan and deliver live, hybrid, and virtual events of all sizes. From one-off workshops to three-day conferences, gala dinners, graduation ceremonies, away days, and award ceremonies, our team have the expertise to bring your vision to life.

My company has multiple offices in the UK, which locations would you be able to accomodate?

We deliver live events across the UK and Europe! With our hybrid and virtual solutions, we can also help you reach audiences anywhere in the world. Our main warehouses are in Leeds and Hull which feature dedicated spaces for virtual production, our fleet of vans are ready to transport your event setup wherever it's needed!

This year, we are hosting a company wide celebration for 1,500 people alongside a small, private meeting. Can you handle both?

Yes we can! We deliver events of all sizes, from intimate meetings for two in a boardroom to arena-scale productions for over 2,000 attendees. Whether it's a one-hour session or a multi-week roadshow, we can make it happen!

Tell me about the kit you have

Our Sparq warehouses are fully stocked with lighting, LED panels, staging, audio, and video gear. We have a team of experienced technicians who maintain all of our equipment. If you need something we don't carry in-house, we will source it through our trusted supplier network.

I'm working to a tight budget, how much do Sparq's services cost?

Because every event is unique, our pricing is calculated based on your equipment needs, venue size, and the level of support you require. We will work closely with you to build a transparent quote that maximises value without compromising on quality.

Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
