StrideOut

At StrideOut, we use horses in a controlled, non-ridden environment to teach powerful and valuable lessons in collaboration, influencing and partnering that can be directly transferred into the workplace. Using observation and subtle, non-verbal cues, participants will build connections and establish trust with the horses, through tailored activities throughout the day. They’ll leave us feeling calm and re-energised, filled with confidence and self-belief, and a newfound mindfulness for others.
