Swansea Arena is the new, landmark, 3,500 capacity indoor arena in the heart of Copr Bay. Having already started attracting some of the world’s top music acts and theatre productions, Swansea Arena hosts performances across music, comedy, theatre and e-sports plus conferences and events.

Outstanding Awards Evening
Recently held our Health Boards signature event, Living Our Values Awards here for the second year running. What an incredible venue to have in the heart of Swansea for us to have the opportunity to use.
Really pleased with having Michaela as our point of contact, who was fantastic at answering any queries we had but also ensuring we had an alternative contact in her absence.
We have already had several attendees providing feedback on how gorgeous the venue is, so there's no doubt we will consider using the venue again for future awards :)

Fantastic venue and event!
Bishop Gore school’s sixth form had the pleasure of hosting the arena’s first prom event in July.
The entire planning and organising process was made incredibly easy by excellent and accommodating staff who went out of their way to bring our vision to life.
On the night everything was handled for us, the food was incredible and every stage of the event was well received by the guests.
The venue was incredibly flexible with our use of internal and external vendors, and even went the extra mile to ensure the event still went to plan when we had external issues.
The security for the event was second to none and ensured that the night was safe and enjoyable for all.

Hybrid panel guest event success
It was my first time hosting a client event at Swansea Arena and everything went better than I ever expected. Michaela was a joy to work with planning the event, and on the day everyone from stage door reception staff, to IT help, to staff delivering the tea coffees and pastries, everyone worked with a smile and no question was ever too much. Would definitely recommend for a business event and hope to return in the future. On top of awesome staff, the venue is modern and absolutely beautiful!

Annual Awards Event for Schools
We explored several venues to host our annual event in South Wales and Swansea Arena suited our needs in both space and flexibility.
We invited around 50 schools to attend as well as exhibiting companies and other organisations, and all were very impressed with the new venue and its facilities. Sophie, Michaela and the team were a fantastic support, on hand to deal with any issues or changes needed prior to and on the day of the event, as well as working with external contractors.
We received several comments congratulating us on the success of the event, and were really pleased with the general atmosphere and ease of access.

Excelsior!
The team were consumate professionals, helping us to host 4000-attendee conventions in 2022 and 2023.
We were only the 2nd event to use the venue as it opened and Sophie and her team moved heaven and earth to overcome new-building-shakedown bugs and make sure our event ran smoothly.
Our second event was booked the day after we concluded the first one (there was no doubt in our minds that we were coming back here!), and the Arena team bulit upon thier experience of hosting us to offer refinements and improvements that made 2023's show run even more smoothly than the first.

Fantastic team and venue
We were lucky enough to host the first conference and exhibition in Swansea Arena when it opened and have used the venue for many things since. From a large scale event taking over the whole of the venue to an intimate gathering for an old colleague.
The staff are fantastic, always cool and calm in all situations and do everything to work with you so the event the best it can be. Special shout out to Sophie who is always on hand with our random requests, she's got a lot of patience.
We've used all the rooms at the arena and the flexibility of the venue is amazing. We use it any opportunity that we can and recommend it to everyone we speak to.

Superbly Professional
We hosted a 150th Anniversary Dinner with just under 450 guests with a jam packed agenda with panels, speakers, a charity auction, a choir and a band.
From my first engagement with the Arena's staff I found them to provide an exceptional level of both customer service and professionalism. Despite the quite challenging schedule for the event I felt the team were fully committed to delivering the event we wanted without the hint on compromise on our part to allow an easier evening operationally.
The guidance and advice received by the team was brilliant and I had a real trust that they would deliver on the evening. They accommodated site visits and technical meetings to ensure all of the performers on the evening were comfortable and confident in advance of the occasion.
On the evening the team exceeded expectation in terms of the professionalism of their delivery. All feedback received was positive and the event was a great success. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their experience from arrival at the arena, the meal they were served right through to their departure at the end of the night! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the arena as a venue and the exceptional delivery team that are in place

Great corporate event venue
The facilities here are first class, staff are helpful prior to and during the day. The room easily catered for 75 delegates at our corporate event.
Catering was fantastic with great outdoor breakout areas for networking during breaks.
