Team JJ is a high end staffing agency that provides handpicked niche staff to luxury events. We supply Hosting Teams to the Corporate Sector to sign in & orientate guests, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for delegates as well as deploying small teams to specialist boutiques to help with all aspects of their brand launch, influencer and tailored events . Team JJ also provides presenters for award ceremonies and teams for immersive events, trade shows and exhibitions.

Which areas do you cover?
Team JJ mainly operates within London. However, if a client requires a bespoke package outside of London or internationally then we can absolutely accommodate. For example: IWC required us for their ‘Top Gun’ & ‘Big Pilot’ tours which spanned major cities across the UK & Ireland.
What type of staffing services do you provide?
We provide a high end Corporate and luxury sector staffing service. If you can imagine what an airline steward/stewardess does aboard a private jet then we are the equivalent on terra ferma. Our Corporate Teams sign in and fully brief delegates as well as personally care for VIP’s at conferences and symposia. Smaller teams can be sent into luxury boutiques to assist with their events and product launches and we can also relay key brand information to your clientele at trade fairs and exhibitions in an upbeat and friendly manner. We also provide presenters and teams for award ceremonies. We work closely with our select clients to help them achieve their goals.
Do staff need to be hired for a minimum number of hours?
Yes. A minimum of 4 hours.
What industries do you work with?
Our clients tend to be from the Corporate and Luxury sectors.
Are your teams inclusive?
Team JJ is a small gay owned company. Our staff are from a range of backgrounds and span all ages. When the rare opportunity of joining our team becomes available there are only two cast iron immovable conditions: 1) That our staff are not only friendly and approachable but also highly skilled perfectionists and 2) That they are all IMMACULATELY dressed and take a high degree of pride in their appearance. These are non negotiable.
How many staff are required for an event?
Generally speaking for a 4 hour minimum event we recommend 1 Host per 10 guests. This will then increase as the hours increase as cover will be needed as team members are sent on breaks. There will always be a Team Leader (and for larger events an Event Manager too) on site.
How are your Hosts dressed?
Our Hosts are dressed IMMACULATELY in a black suit, black long silk tie, black shirt and polished black shoes. If a client requires a different look with branding then they will be responsible for sourcing this. Please see our photos for more information
When do you expect payment?
Payment must be completed by the client 30 days after the event or a 5% penalty of the total invoice will be charged daily thereafter.
Do you have any extra charges for staff working past midnight?
No. But the pricing structure (understandably) changes on New Year’s Eve and other major public holidays.
Can your hosts also serve Champagne/Wine and generally tend to the event space?
Yes. Our staff are all trained Champagne pourers and they will absolutely assist in both looking impeccable in themselves as well as ensuring the event space looks, and remains looking, impeccable too.
