The Hospitality Hero is a man on a mission to ‘revive the hospitality industry, with people, place and perception in mind.
Taking on the role as a champion for the industry, dedicated to improving hospitality service & culture both in the UK and Internationally, Steven is keen to share the good, the bad and the ugly of the industry, to facilitate progress and create more positive movements around customer service and customer experience.
Committed to showing excellence and encouraging the strive for perfection, via short sharp, practical training, collaborative events and insightful mentorship, he is owning what he sees as a responsibility to lead from the front.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
