The Insurance Hall has been the home of the UK Insurance sector for over 80 years. The building was designed in the early 1930s and was officially opened on 28th June 1934 by His Majesty King George V.

In 1919, Sir Frederick Rutter, President of the Insurance Institute of Great Britain and Ireland laid out his vision for a grand building to house the Chartered Insurance Institute. Steeped in rich history, heritage and architectural significance, The Insurance Hall is today one of the most prestigious buildings in the City of London.

A Grade II listed building, The Insurance Hall offers exceptional and flexible event spaces for conferences, receptions, AGMs, business breakfasts, meetings, lunches and dinners for up to 300 people.

Located in the heart of the City of London, within walking distance of Moorgate. St Paul’s, Bank and Barbican underground stations. Its central location with excellent transport links gives ease of access for your guests to London and beyond.
