The quality of the meeting room and all the support your team gave us over the days that we were there was outstanding. Also, my colleague from the US really enjoyed staying in the hotel – thanks to the team at reservations for making his stay so memorable.

Been to The Merchant a few times and decided to take my team away for an end of summer treat in September. They were blown away with the decor, food and service. We had afternoon tea, evening dinner in Bert's, treatments in the spa and everything was first class! The spa girls were really accomodating getting us all fitted in to the spa together and a few of the team said it was the best massage they ever had. The service is above and beyond (in my opinion) any other 5 star hotel I have been to. I would struggle to find somewhere different to bring the team next year to top our merchant experience.

I just wanted to email to say a huge thank you to you and all of the team for our wonderful stay last weekend.
The whole event worked really well and our Board members were suitably impressed with the hotel, food and staff. We were blessed with the sunshine which makes everything even better but every staff member was amazing in how they looked after us.
Many thanks, I think all of our group intend on another visit to Belfast!
