Short Notice Event - Impressive

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and the conference staff for how smoothly the event ran on the day, particularly considering it was very last minute.

In particular I was very impressed with the speed with which you replied to my emails and the comprehensive replies that you gave, everything was very clear.

All the staff we met were very helpful on the day. I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks onto the person who looked after us on the day, I’m afraid I can’t remember his name but I’m sure you know who it would have been.

The Director in charge of the event was very pleased with how everything went and would definitely be happy to use the hotel again.

The only hiccup we had was not being able to access wi-fi, but I think that was due to our IT security and nothing to do with your wi-fi. In some ways I think it was a good thing as no could be distracted by their emails.
