TransPennine Express (TPE) is an intercity rail provider with a vision to Take the North Further. Following an investment of over £500m, including the introduction of new Nova trains, we are continuing to transform rail services through high levels of performance, investment in stations, enhanced accessibility and measures to improve sustainability. We have taken steps towards becoming greener and are on track to reduce carbon emissions by 30 per cent, per vehicle kilometre by April 2023.
Our trains, which carry people across the North and into Scotland, offer free Wi-fi, power sockets and USB points at every pair of seats as well as more benefits to match business needs when travelling with us.
For those booking travel for groups of 10 or more, we have recently introduced a dedicated booking team, who are on hand to make all arrangements in one single step.

Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
