Venue Reading offer a wide range of event services and venues at the University of Reading Whiteknights and London Road campuses, with everything from traditional buildings rich in heritage to modern state-of-the-art meeting rooms. We can stage concerts in the magnificent Grade 2 listed Great Hall, and host dinners and functions, product launches, private parties and much more.
We can offer all year round availability with a flexible range of capacities and facilities, including meeting rooms, lecture theatres and exhibition space, along with an extensive range of onsite accommodation from either the all year round Cedars Hotel to the halls of residence available during summer vacation. Beautiful parklands lend themselves to outdoor events such as, team-building away days and receptions.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
