30 Euston Square is a superb venue that is perfectly located in the centre of London with brilliant transport links. While all the meeting rooms are absolutely fab and are fantastically finished, we do have to give special mentions to the Auditorium – what a glorious place that is! And also, to the Rooftop Terrace and State Rooms – wow! When you factor in such top-quality bedrooms and glorious catering from Searcys too, 30 Euston Square really is an absolute gem – go check it out!
Combining its beautiful Edwardian façade and Greek revival architecture with sleek modern décor and design, this Grade II listed building is simply gorgeous. But it doesn’t end there. With superb hospitality, amazing meeting spaces and 41 boutique bedrooms, 30 Euston Square really does have all the attributes needed to be top of its class and has earned its reputation as being a superb award-winning events venue.

Centrally located in the heart of London and home to the Royal College of General Practitioners is the superb 30 Euston Square. This fantastic venue only opened its doors as an events venue in 2013 following a significant investment and has since gone on to forge a solid reputation in the events industry. Indeed, with 18 modern meeting rooms, six Heritage Rooms, two State Rooms, a Rooftop Terrace, an Exhibition Space and a fabulous 300 seat Auditorium, we can see why!
From outside, the exterior of the building is extremely grand with its white stone columns and huge windows. Going through the main doors you are met by intricate mosaic flooring before entering the main reception area, with the Café Caritas just behind it. From here, the rest of the venue can be easily accessed, with 18 very sleek boardrooms all located on the ground floor, with the Exhibition Space and Auditorium both just down a small flight of stairs.
After only a very short while here, we soon realised that this place is something special. Open to members and non-members alike and with a superb choice of versatile and modern events spaces, 30 Euston Square is a very impressive venue that is sure to wow your clients and delegates.
Parking: No. But the nearest car park is Euston Station that has 230 spaces.
Coach / Bus Pick-up Location at hotel: Drop-off is usually outside, but roadworks are currently underway. As an interim measure, Euston taxi rank can be used.

Bedrooms: The venue has 41 boutique bedrooms that are exclusively available to members of the Royal College of General Practitioners, event organisers, attendees and speakers. These sleek, modern bedrooms have a 5-star feel about them and are wonderfully quiet and come with all the amenities that you would expect of a place such as this. What is even better, is that they are heavily discounted for delegates and members too. Trust us, these bedrooms are really fantastic.

Fitness Gym: 30 Euston Square’sgym has an impressive range of equipment including, cardio and weight machines along with a selection of free weights. Together with adjacent showers and locker rooms, the gym is available for members to use as well as guests using the accommodation on offer here.
Restaurants & Bars: Here at 30 Euston Square, dining is not your typical affair. With no separate restaurant area as such, dining is seen as more of an integral part of your event than what is done elsewhere, with meals taken in your designated room or on the Rooftop Terrace.
Everything is provided by renowned caterers Searcys, who have a vast selection of incredible dishes for you to choose from. You can be assured that everything is prepared to the highest standard using only locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. From intricate canapes to amazing street food presentations – the food is as memorable as it is appetising.
For a quick bite or for a tea or coffee, there is also the Café Caritas on the ground floor. With a planned refurbishment in 2020, it feels nice and bright and can also be used by non-members.
MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOMS
All the event spaces here at 30 Euston Square are superb, with the 18 meeting rooms located on the ground floor all epitomising a contemporary style that would be perfect for boardroom meetings. As well as these rooms, there is also the 300 seat Auditorium, first and third floor Exam Centres, first and third floor Bridge areas, Members Lounge, six Heritage Rooms, the Rooftop Terrace and the fabulous State Rooms.
All the spaces here are elegant and versatile, with state-of-the-art AV being available. Although there is no printed signage in the Lobby, there is digital signage outside every room, whilst a host is also available to assist you with all your needs. To top all of that, is the venue’s creative hospitality, that will strive to ensure that every aspect of your event runs seamlessly.
Located on the lower ground floor and accessed directly from the lobby of the venue, adjacent to the Auditorium is the 360m2 Exhibition Space. Self-contained, with its very own dedicated registration area and staffed cloakroom facilities, this area is white throughout and has a great feel to it thanks to the natural light provided by the huge atrium.
There are numerous digital screens throughout the area along with a video wall that can be used for branding etc. making this a perfect choice for exhibitions, registrations, coffee breaks / lunches or even drinks receptions.

Our favourite space here and arguably the star of the show is the tiered 300 seat Auditorium. With incredible AV available including a 4k HDR laser projector, surround sound speakers, show lighting and with gobo’s available in our opinion it is one of the best such spaces in London. Up at the front, there is a central stage and lectern, whilst all seats have power sockets and a foldaway table as standard. With masses of options available such as live streaming, filming, video conferencing and much more - clearly, this space has everything you need for an incredible seminar, screening, conference or lecture. We loved this!

The Rooftop Terrace
Right on top of the fifth floor, is the Rooftop Terrace. Able to host up to 230 people, it is the perfect choice for BBQ’s, wedding receptions, parties or drinks receptions. With cushioned timber bench seating throughout, built in speakers, outdoor heaters and digital screens, it is a super place where your delegates can enjoy a summer cocktail whilst indulging in street-food inspired delicacies or something delicious from the BBQ pit menu. And being partially covered, it has everything you need to make sure that your event carries on – regardless of whatever the British weather has to throw at you.

The two State Rooms are located on the fifth floor and are fantastic spaces that can host up to 140 people each. Known as Stephenson Room and Euston Room, both areas are long and wide, with each able to be used as single spaces or split in two. Inbuilt AV is also available making these wonderfully flexible rooms perfect for a whole host of events.
Although similar in style, each room has subtle differences, giving each an edge for different type of events. We believe that the Stephenson Room would be ideal for catering, drinks receptions, or small conferences and meetings, while the Euston Room would be a superb choice for conferences or parties etc. Whichever you choose, you won’t be disappointed by these fabulous spaces.
