We also support Fairtrade farmers and their communities and a range of our produce is sourced from Fairtrade producers.

Meeting Space Highlight: Davies Suite
Located on the 3rd floor of the Tommy Whittle Stand, the Davies Suite is ideal for smaller meetings and breakout areas between 10 and 40 delegates. With interconnecting rooms, the space is flexible and can be set up to suit your requirements.

AV Equipment included: All conference and audio-visual equipment can be supplied with prior notice for your event. We can offer wireless internet access and induction loops in the majority of conference suites.

Meeting Space Highlight: Horseshoe Suite
With access either by its grand oak panelled staircase or lift, the Horseshoe Suite can’t help but impress. Part of the Centenary Stand, with a large balcony area overlooking the racecourse, this suite is ideally suited for conferences, exhibitions and training days.
