Kindred

Originally an early 18th century extension to a 16th century mansion, Bradmore House was rebuilt in the Baroque style in 1994 to incorporate the restored Georgian façade. Now, this Grade II listed building has been transformed into a member’s club with a difference and is, as they put it – a modern day campfire for city life. With some fantastic spaces to use for your events, we really loved it and we think you will too!

Kindred really is a fantastic venue for your events, especially if you are looking for something a little different. Situated in an excellent location and with fab transport links, it’s perfect for private dining or for small conferences especially with that super cool, members club vibe, that it has going on. It has a fantastic ethos, super friendly staff, excellent food and is certainly somewhere we highly recommend you check out. Your clients will love it.

Located just opposite Hammersmith Apollo in London, is the elegant member’s club known as Kindred. However, despite being a member’s club, it does not have your typical exclusionary approach that you might expect and instead sees itself as being at the heart of the community and as your very own village hall with a difference. With social membership free after 5pm to all non-members, Kindred are re-imagining how a members’ club operates and are more interested in welcoming people in, rather than keeping them out.

Entering the building, you can immediately sense the difference in approach as the vibe is very cool and very calm. And even though plenty of people can usually be found working in the lounge area, the atmosphere remains inviting and relaxed. Air conditioned throughout with four fantastic meeting spaces along with a very cool restaurant and bar, Kindred is a superb venue in an excellent location.

So, whether you are planning an event in the lovely Hall, hosting a drinks reception in one of the other classically chic meeting spaces or just brainstorming your next idea, we believe that this place has it all and we loved it.

RESTAURANTS & BARS
The Cellar offers up a fab range of delicious meals and is arguably Hammersmiths best kept dining secret. Welcoming members and non-members alike, its superb menu gives intriguing details about the origins of many of the drinks it serves. With a cool vibe and plenty to choose from you can’t go wrong however, we recommend you try one of their fresh stoned baked sourdough pizzas…magnifico!

MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOMS
With five meeting spaces, kindred’s quality shines brightly and uniquely in each. The brilliant rooms all have their own character and décor, giving them each a singular charm that you can seldom find elsewhere.

State-of-the-art AV is available, with a range of food and drink packages also on offer, while registration is taken in the Lobby which is a really welcoming space with plenty of natural light.

The Salon
Located on the 1st floor is the bright and airy Salon. With its Georgian arch windows and its circular sofa, it has a relaxed living room feel about it that make it perfect as a co-working space. The Salon also features breakout room for informal drinks receptions during your evening event,

The Butterwick
By contrasting deep blue walls against the white of the pilasters, the Butterwick sets itself out from the other meeting spaces here with its elegant Georgian styling. A fixed table sits centrally in this super bright (features multiple, almost floor-to-ceiling windows) room underneath its incredibly high ceiling, making this classy 1700’s room a perfect choice for private dining or for boardroom meetings.

The Library
The Library is a great space with a super chilled vibe about it. Painted green, it has a built-in projector and screen along with a fireplace - and given the name of the room, it also has the prerequisite bookshelves along one of its walls. So, whether it’s for board meetings, presentations, film screenings or meetings this room has everything you need and would also be excellent for Supper Clubs (private dining) for up to 32 people.

The Bradmore Room
The Bradmore Room is a smaller, more intimate meeting space, with a large stylish central meeting table. The room comes with a full suite of video conferencing capabilities as well as 4k HDMI connectivity for your presentations. The soft green and minimalist wall art of this space makes it not only a fresh and airy room, but an extremely comfortable area for your meeting.

The Hall
In our opinion, the star of the show here has to be The Hall. This wide L-shaped open space is filled with natural light from 6 huge arched windows that span the length of the room. A bar and fully equipped stage (which features a 4k projector) sit either end of the main area, while communal tables and lounge area add to the relaxed chic that comes from the whitewashed walls and reclaimed wooden floorboards.
