Molineux Stadium

Hosting thousands per week since the 1800’s, the Molineux and its amazing team know a thing or two about putting on world class events. Our recent visit to this incredible stadium and facility for events of all kinds left us feeling awestruck, this is a big, bold and brilliant venue for any kind of corporate event.

The Molineux offers 12 meeting spaces and a further 18 executive suites all available to hire from £150, complete with pitch views and LED screen facilities - so there’s absolutely no shortage of fantastic event space at this stadium.

Strategically situated just 0.7 miles from the nearest railway station and with 600 secure on-site parking spaces on site, transport to and from this venue is a dream.

Something that really sets The Molineux apart is its commitment to sustainability, featuring carbon-labelled menus, locally sourced produce, and innovative catering that calculates the footprint of each dish served.

All of the amazing capabilities at this venue, from high tech suites, to private training rooms come packaged with some serious historical significance. This venue is home to football heritage with a capacity of 31,750 sold out nearly every weekend. Molineux proves that it’s so much more than a stadium for football, this is a unique, atmosphere-rich setting for corporate and private events.

We felt privileged to visit this amazing stadium. As avid football fans at The Delegate Wranglers, there’s only a few premier league stadiums we haven’t got round to visiting, and now we’ve excitedly ticked The Molineux off that list. This place has a real wow factor for football fans that rubs off on delegates too, there’s something that leaves you naturally awestruck about walking out onto the pitch, or looking over the vast complex from your meeting space - especially when you know it’s the venue for your event.

This great stadium is close to Wolverhampton City Centre, about ten minutes from the main shopping and business districts as well as Wolverhampton Train station. This venue has some solid connections by road too, it’s serviced by Wolverhampton’s main ring road, the A4150 which connects you to major routes like the M6 and M54 motorways. There’s plenty nearby to this venue too, including the Wolverhampton Grand which we got to explore too this month in another venue showcase. You’ll also find West Park and the gorgeous Wolverhampton Art Gallery just minutes away too!

The Molineux’s drive to be a truly stand out venue is exemplified best by their unbelievable sustainability efforts. This venue scores big on its care for the environment, and local community, especially when it comes to food. The stadium’s catering partner, Levy, is leading the charge with a ‘plant-forward’ menu and carbon labels on every dish, helping fans and visitors make informed, eco-friendly choices. Think of it like a traffic light system—green for low-impact, red for high—so you can pick a meal that’s better for the planet.

Wherever possible, ingredients are locally sourced, with no air-freighted food, and Fair Trade tea and coffee are the standard. The Molineux has even taken things a step further by investing in INGS Farm, a 92-acre bio hub in Harrogate dedicated to sustainable farming. Whether you’re here for a match, a meeting, or a conference, you can expect delicious, low-impact meals tailored to your needs, with full transparency on their carbon footprint. Sustainability goals! (Ok, we’ll see ourselves out).

Something that stands out about the Molineux is its ability to provide experiences that just can’t be found elsewhere. There were a few times during our tour of this venue we were genuinely taken aback by just how different some of the spaces on offer are, see for example, The Wolves Museum. It’s an interactive space that celebrates the club’s rich history and even includes a small theatre seating 80 guests, making it perfect for presentations, panel discussions, or private screenings. There’s nothing else quite like it in the Midlands, especially integrated into such a comprehensive and modern venue giving your event an exclusive edge.

Other event add-ons like the behind-the-scenes stadium tour, that provides access to the dressing rooms, dugouts, and more really impressed us on the same front. This is such a unique way to do team building. You can mix a hard working day with some serious fun with pitch-side photo opportunities.

The team here also put a focus on enhancing branding opportunities with personalised LED displays and Wolves-themed gifts at your event to make being at your event a memorable time for delegates!

The modern flexibility of the Molineux trickles through into its catering ability. If you’re hosting an event for 1000 or 10, there’s tons of fantastic solutions available here. From light bites and working lunches to lavish buffets and three-course dinners, Molineux’s culinary team can tailor menus to suit your event’s needs and dietary requirements, whether that’s for a quick networking brunch or a formal evening affair. The staff that are a part of the hospitality team here are also fantastic, hardworking, and making dining at your event here totally seamless.

While touring this amazing venue is something to behold, and every box (location, catering, wow-moments) seem to be ticked, the thing that really stands out to us at The Molineux is the quality of the meeting spaces available here.

The team at The Molineux are fantastic, so helpful, attentive and friendly, they have a really clear idea about what they want this venue to be - and they’re nailing it.

Molineux Stadium's Day Delegate Packages are a testament to their commitment to creating seamless, supportive event experiences. From the moment delegates arrive, they'll be supported by a passionate events team, with packages that cover everything from unlimited ethically sourced tea and coffee to a delicious buffet lunch complete with carbon footprint labelling. The stadium has thought of everything - seasonal fresh fruit, hydration stations, complimentary Wi-Fi, and onsite parking, all designed to keep delegates energized and focused.

With a dedicated Event Planner, state-of-the-art presentation equipment, and a commitment to both comfort and environmental responsibility, their Day Delegate Packages aren't just about hosting a meeting - we could tell this team is all about creating exceptional experiences that will have your team feeling like champions!
