CATERING
There are four different restaurants & bars within the hotel.

True to its tradition of hospitality and sharing, Molitor offers a range of culinary experiences in its various dining areas, with their different menus and realms. The Brasserie Molitor revisits classic French dishes, the Rooftop honors Mediterranean cuisine, the 1929 offers a healthy food menu and as for the Bikini Bar, it is an invitation to luxuriate by the waterside. With their experience in Parisian palaces and in the international scene, our Chefs give prime of place to products, mostly organic, from the local and French food network. To meet the varied expectations of our customers, our menus also offer vegan and gluten-free options.

The Brasserie Molitor
The Brasserie Molitor cultivates a modern approach to French cuisine. Its menu boldly revisits traditional dishes that are comforting as well as surprising. The creations are an invitation to discover flavors and textures that combine simplicity and indulgence, high-quality products and savoir-faire. In an Art Deco setting, the Brasserie Molitor offers gastronomical experiences throughout the day: buffet breakfast, lunch, brunch, snacks, dinner or creative cocktails.

The Bikini Bar
The Bikini Bar offers a bird’s eye view of the outdoor pool in summer and winter alike. Its selection of champagnes can be enjoyed on the terrace or by the pool.

The Molitor Rooftop and the Solarium
These areas open every year mid May, as soon as the sun is out. They offer a stunning view of Roland Garros, the Auteuil greenhouses and the iconic outdoor pool. The restaurant’s Mediterranean and gourmet menu is also bathed in sunshine. The dishes cooked ‘à la plancha’ are an invitation to be on vacation.

The Solarium, a bar area, invites you to party and relax. Throughout the season, concerts and DJ sets send vibrations through the huge roof lantern.

The 1929
Comfortable and warm, the 1929 picks up the Art Deco aesthetics codes. With a view over the two Molitor pools, it combines conviviality with healthy food. The promise of the 1929? To feel beautiful in your plate! Certain dishes on the menu were specifically designed by Clarins’ nutrition experts.

There are two iconic swimming pools at Molitor

* The outdoor one is 44m long

The spa facilities includes: 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 1 relaxation room & 11 treatment rooms. As well as this there is a fitness room & 3 fully equipped classes rooms

In a warm and soothing atmosphere, Clarins and Molitor offer a holistic vision of wellbeing that combines beauty and wellness. In this 1,600 m² space all the equipment and treatments are designed to meet your every need. Our customized programs open up realms of possibilities. Signature face and body treatments have been developed with Clarins to target moisturizing, anti-aging and skin beauty. Massages have also been designed with top athletes to meet the specific needs of several sporting disciplines such as running, tennis and golf, for example. Molitor offers innovative technologies brought together by a group of experts in nutrition and sports, as well as in osteopathy, dietetics, cryotherapy and sports recovery.

The mythical Molitor pools
Molitor’s identity was built around its iconic pools. The 45-metres-long outdoor pool has a large beach ideal for sunbathing. The 33-metres-long indoor pool is the perfect setting to luxuriate in a haven of serenity. Such services are unique in Paris. So, entering this superb Art Deco setting with lagoon blue water all around, swimming at Molitor is truly an unforgettable experience.

Sports facilities
Molitor revives its sporting legacy by inviting you to surpass yourself. A fitness room and three fully equipped rooms for group classes, allow for gentle or intensive cardio training, yoga, boxing and weight training. Classes such as aquagym, aquatrampoline and aquaboxing are also organised in the indoor pool.

Team building activities
In order to unite the members of a team, whatever their profile, Molitor has devised a wide range of activities based on Art and well-being. Guided tours of our artists' booths, an escape game in search of Johnny Weissmuller's gold medal, street art activities, graffiti classes bearing your company logo or a likeness of your client, a meeting with an artist, a silk-screen printing workshop, etc. As well as a wide variety of sports activities: boxing classes, breathing workshops, fitness masterclasses, aquatic classes, yoga paddle, water polo, etc.

Designed by the great architect Lucien Pollet, the pool impresses you as a magical setting for an unforgettable event. The extraordinary 430m² reception area can be fully adapted to organize all types of celebrations, from the simplest to the most extravagant.

It can accommodate up to 700 people for special occasions:

• cocktail parties, banquets and dance parties, with the unique setting of the pool and its passageways,
• product launches, for cars in particular, with the possibility of emptying or covering the pool,
• fashion or jewellery shows, with the possibility of covering all or part of the pool for a spectacular catwalk,
• pool parties, aquatic cinema and XXL sports activities.

The majestic glass roof, over 10 meters high allows you to imagine lighting effects and screenings, as well as the most spectacular acrobatic and aquatic shows. The reflections of the water enhance this unique atmosphere for the greatest pleasure of your guests

With its modern beach club decor and open-air bar, plus a view over the outdoor pool, the Solarium offers a trendy atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 120 people for cocktail buffets and other celebrations. Hats and sunglasses are a must so that guests can enjoy the panoramic view over the roofs of Paris and the orange shades of the setting sun.

The "La Manufacture" room has been designed as a street art gallery. It brings together 10 internationally renowned urban artists such as Jacques Villeglé, Blek le Rat and Vhils. With a surface area of 135 m², it can accommodate up to 100 people in an environment with artistic vibrations.
