Pavillon des Princes

After a change of ownership, and a complete renovation the Pavillon des Princes offers a stunning event space. It is now exclusively dedicated to the reception of private and corporate events, a very special place, perfect for everything from weddings to awards ceremony's, conferences to car launches! Backing onto Roland Garros, the Pavillon des Princes is located at the southern entrance to the Bois de Boulogne. If you are planning an event in Paris, and looking for a stunning setting with natural light, and excellent AV facilities, then please make sure to add this hidden gem to your shortlist!

The Pavillon des Princes got a makeover in 2017 by the Maison Sarah Lavoine, which completely redesigned and redecorated its spaces for events purposes. Since then, its unique reception room hosts your private or professional events and receptions (seminars, conventions, cocktail parties, lunches and dinners, weddings, ceremonies, etc.), allowing you to benefit from the entire pavilion. The spaces have been designed to guarantee a unique experience and the design elements to affirm the singular character of the place with iconic products such as the console and wall lamps, or the hanging lamps and ceiling lights that adorn the reception room.

For the cuisine, the caterer Gusté is inspired by French gastronomy to develop creative dishes using fresh and seasonal products.

If you are looking for a venue with natural light Pavillon des Princes is flooded with natural light!

The outside terrace is perfect as an extension of your event and would be fabulous for BBQ's, cocktails or team building activities. Not forgetting the ease of access for car launches.

In the kitchen, caterers Gusté will provide tailor-made sweet and savory dishes, with a creative twist!

The venue is very proud of the events they host - For example every year they host one of the VIP Lounge of Roland Garros, which allows them to welcome between 9,000 and 10,000 guests in two weeks. This is a real challenge for the team since they cook everything in house and manage to host other events at the same time in their second house, Pavillon Royal, which also welcomes 10,000 -15,000 guests during the same period.

From a coffee reception to cocktails on the terraces, the team at Pavillon des Princes will ensure your event runs perfectly. Every detail of the organisation is thought through carefully to allow you to have a unique and tailor-made experience.

AV Equipment included: Integrated AV in the ceilings: Two 2x3m screens and their projector, sound system and related microphones.

It is worth pointing out that the new Pavillon des Princes also has a fantastic eco-responsible approach to everything they do at the venue.

A little bit of history - Its current name "Pavillon des Princes" comes from the following anecdote: the Count of Artois and the Duke of Bourbon had an altercation at the Opera ball. Wanting to fight a duel, the two princes went to the field on March 16, 1778 and crossed swords for 6 minutes, in shirt sleeves, then stopped the fight. The name Pavillon des Princes has been used since this event. Initially a guard house, the building has undergone various functions and developments in its architecture.
