Situated just 14 minutes’ drive from the M1, this iconic venue offers amazing views of the legendary racing circuit, allowing you to create a truly unforgettable event. Going through the main entrance, you immediately take a memorable drive around the outside of the track before being greeted with either the stunning Silverstone Wing or the prestigious British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Clubhouse, for your event.

Being uniquely situated amongst over 600 acres of land in the heart of the world famous Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone, this venue combines glamour and style with a fantastic design and unique flexibility – especially when you have all that land to utilise for team building events etc.

This incredible venue offers incredible views and all the nostalgia and excitement that you would expect from the home of British motor racing. Undoubtedly, it would prove to be the perfect solution for any event that you would wish to hold and has a wow factor that your guests will certainly never forget.

Parking:
There are absolutely hundreds of parking spaces in front of the Silverstone Wing which is free and for bigger event, there’s masses of parking outside the circuit, although there is a cost to park there.

Coach / Bus Pick-up Location at hotel:
Outside the Silverstone Wing is all free and easy. Coaches can pick-up / drop-off right outside the entrance doors without any fuss.

Number of bedrooms: Not currently any hotel facilities on-site but there is a 197 bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Hotel being constructed directly opposite the Wing, which will offer amazing accommodation option for your groups. This should be completed by Summer 2020 with a bridge that will be connected to the wing so you can walk over the start and finish line.

There are also numerous hotels nearby that the Silverstone team can advise you on, when securing accommodation for your groups.

Business centre: No, but any photocopying/printing can be done by the team on request.
Wi-fi: Yes, there is excellent service throughout the site and all free of charge. If you need a dedicated wi-fi or hard wire connection this can be offered, but at an additional cost.

RESTAURANTS & BARS
There are numerous bars throughout the Silverstone Wing and BRDC Clubhouse, with additional pop-up bars being provided upon request. Around the circuit there is also the Pitstop Café with further facilities in The Visitors Centre (open Mon-Fri). Basically, if you need a bar somewhere for your event – Silverstone can provide it.

MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOMS
The sheer flexibility that this venue offers is astounding. You can do it all here, from a small meeting for 2, right up to an exhibition for up to 3,000 people. In addition to the incredible flexibility that this venue offers, is the fantastic support you will receive from your dedicated Event Manager who will enable you to deliver your event to the highest standard.

Events can be further tailored with the inclusion of an unbelievable ‘Hot Lap’ in a range of superb cars, along with a selection of many other options such as the Pit Stop Challenge and Adrenaline Drive Day, etc

Most rooms have natural light, with views over the track – a real wow factor! There is even an auditorium with fixed seating for 120 people where the drivers briefing takes place on race day. The separate BRDC Clubhouse opens up lots more options too, more of which is mentioned below.

Halls 1-5
Halls 1-3 are huge, whilst being versatile enough to suitably host anything from small intimate meetings all the way up to large conferences, exhibitions – or even all three at once! It is also excellent for large weddings too. Masses of natural daylight coupled with fantastic views overlooking the pit straight of the Grand Prix Circuit, provide a blank canvas and endless options to create a truly memorable event.

Halls 4 and 5 are on the 2nd floor and can be used either together or independently thanks to a sound proofed partition. Being located at the highest point of the building, Hall 4 is a truly inspiring space, with the large mezzanine offering amazing views of Silverstone from both sides of the room. Finally, Hall 5 adjoins the roof terrace and can be reached via the Grand Staircase, with fantastic views being offered from three different aspects.

IMC
The International Media Centre (IMC) is where the worlds media gathers prior to the British Grand Prix large event at Silverstone and as such, would be perfect for any small to mid-sized exhibitions, meetings or conferences. The IMC offers great flexibility as it can be partitioned into one, two or three smaller areas or used as one large room, with an additional conference area also being available. A very flexible space – perfect for mid-sized conferences.

BRDC Clubhouse
Away from the Silverstone Wing, lies the BRDC Clubhouse and is another iconic landmark of this world-famous racing circuit. This unique and prestigious venue affords spectacular views of the circuit from either the restaurant, roof terrace or garden and would be a superb venue for any wedding reception or conference. Any guests would be sure to be wowed by this stunning building, creating a truly memorable event.
