Venues of Excellence is the UK’s leading collection of exceptional venues delivering excellence in conferences, training and events. With over 50 venues, we cover a geographic footprint from the south coast of England to Scotland collectively, offering over 5800 bedrooms and 1100 meeting rooms.

The consortium is made up of a diverse collection of venues from specialist training centres to hotels, mansion houses to racecourses, theatres to private clubs and all are committed to excellence in the meetings and events sector. As a membership organisation, our members are all assessed to meet a stringent quality criteria in terms of facilities, accommodation and customer care.

We have recently launched VX Find - our outstanding venue finding service designed to make sourcing the perfect space easier, faster, and more tailored that event. When combined with our VX Deliver, conference and event planners can enjoy 'event excellence without the effort!'

Our venue superheroes will help you find the venue best suited to host your event within your budget. We offer vast experience in booking series events around the country plus offer event management and can provide an accommodation booking tool for your delegates to manage their requirements.

Friendly and responsive Venue Find Team

Having used Venues of Excellence for a prior team event, they were my first point of call for our latest overnight stay. From the initial contact, Claire was friendly, very responsive and took all our needs into account for our event. She found us an amazing venue, well within our budgets and it was better than we could asked for. Our whole event went amazingly well and had it not been for Venues of Excellent helping us to the hotel with everything we needed (and more) it probably wouldn’t have been near as good. I really appreciated Claire being on hand if we needed her and always being a point of contact. The follow up calls to check in were also greatly appreciated. Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
