Vividink is a small team of pr and social media professionals that have been working in and around the live events, conference and exhibitions industry for over 15 years. This gives us great insight into the nuances of the industry, its media and what needs to be done to make campaigns work.

We have all worked on both agency and client sides, providing us with an excellent understanding of what you need from an agency. We only work with a maximum of 12 clients at any one time, we will not work with directly competing businesses, and we operate completely transparently.

Our location in the beautiful Peak District National Park has a couple of very significant benefits. We are not encumbered by the overheads of London based agencies, which means a greater percentage of your budget goes towards delivering our services for you. It also provides us with a pool of talented people who enjoy being in this environment and its stress busting beauty.

We make extensive use of technology, including cloud based project management systems, to enable us to work from anywhere and minimise waste and paper use and we travel to client meetings by public transport wherever possible.
