Walking is wonderful for physical and mental health. It also lifts your mood and improves your thinking. My wellbeing walkshops go a step further by helping you and your team or community to:
- Build trust and connection
- Be mindful
- Explore what they need to support their wellbeing
- Laugh, chat and recharge
In person - your group will get away from their screens and into the park.
Online - your group will walk wherever they are, indoors or outdoors, while connecting on Zoom.
Connecting the event industry since 2014
Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
