West End Events was formed in 1995, so we’ve been running Christmas party events for around 30 years.
Our first event was a Murder Mystery Christmas Party and it took off from there like a festive firework. Our themed, all-inclusive and shared Christmas parties now rank amongst the hottest events in town — especially for office parties.
We offer a wide choice of city-centre Christmas party events in London, Manchester, Brighton, Birmingham and Bristol.
We organise everything for you, so you get the perfect Christmas party with zero hassle.

Why choose us for your Christmas party event?
Firstly, we’re a small company so you get personal service and an eye for the all-important details.
Secondly, our parties are the perfect size in terms of numbers. The smallest venue holds just over 200 people, the biggest around 450 people. They’re large enough for a great atmosphere, not so massive that you lose your friends halfway through the evening.
Also (importantly) you won’t have a nightmare getting home afterwards.
Our party venues are high-quality hotels in the middle of London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Brighton, Leeds and Newcastle. There’s no stress about getting there and back. Or hey, they’re nice hotels. Just stay put and book a room.
The other advantage of a city centre hotel venue? Before you make the big decision to book, you can pop in for a drink to get a feel for the place.
What about the personal service?
West End Events isn’t a huge, anonymous corporation. We’re a small events company and you’ll be dealing with real-life humans — namely Ryan or Matt, our party organisers.
We’ll look after you from your initial enquiry right up to the night itself. We’ll be at the party to say hello and make sure everything runs smoothly.

- Are these shared events?
- Yes, the main party rooms are shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place during and after dinner.
- Are drinks included in the price?
- Yes. The All-Inclusive Lite ticket includes unlimited soft drinks, along with a welcome drink and 1/2 a bottle of wine per person. Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. For £30 +VAT per person, you can upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus. This gives you unli
- Is there a dress code?
- No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want. However…It’s your Christmas party! Most of our guests tend to treat these particular events as an opportunity to dress to impress, and they love leaning towards black tie attire!
- Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
- Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately. The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel.
- How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
- To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
