Wyboston Lakes Resort creates the space for inspired learning, bespoke events and vibrant meetings; where the guest is our priority and sustainability second nature. Set in 380 acres, Wyboston Lakes Resort is home to two awesome venues. The Woodlands Event Centre is your blank canvas, allowing imagination to take centre stage, with hosted service and big spaces for large events. The Willows Training Centre is a place of being, a creative space for delegates to grow and learn, giving them the tools they need to be focused, immersed and confident.

Wyboston Lakes Resort is based midway between Milton Keynes and Cambridge and is located no more than an hour from three of the UK’s most popular airports, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted. The resort is also home to a 4-star hotel and spa, restaurants, golf course, driving range, watersports and team building, health club, serviced offices, branded training space and a nature reserve.

Its two specialist venues, The Woodlands Event Centre and The Willows Training Centre, offer a spectrum of options in terms of facility, space, style and budget. Together they provide a total of 65 conference, training and syndicate rooms - the largest of which has a capacity for over 600 delegates seated theatre style - and more than 400 bedrooms.

We have held indoor and outdoor team away days for a variety of clients at Wyboston Lakes and where to start with this exceptional venue....

Wyboston Lakes is every event planners dream, it is such a versatile resort with over 50 event spaces, from London Underground themed meeting rooms for small groups to creative spaces with a chalk board wall feature, and even a pre themed lakeside beach area for large fun days and festivals.

There is so much for delegates to enjoy during their stay, there really is something for everyone including pub games like shuffleboard and pool, a variety of dining experiences, golf, a spa, pool and a large gym with great equipment.

Their values align perfectly to ours as a ECOsmart accredited event agency, and we could not be happier to partner for our planet by working together to reduce the carbon footprint of events.

The team behind Wyboston, (Sam, Louisa, Tony, Richard & Josh) to name a few, are all friendly, caring and passionate individuals. The level of detail that has gone into the delegate experience across the venue is second to none and is credit to their amazing and innovative team!

A shining light

The RCM has worked with Wyboston Lakes for a number of years. The service received has been amazing and it is definitely a preferred venue. The staff at the training centres are attentive and extremely helpful. The food goes down well with our delegates with lots to choose from and dietary requirements catered for. and Transport wise it is a well connected venue by road and train.
