York Conferences and Events are a dedicated team with over 50 years’ experience in the conference and events industry. Our enthusiastic team of event coordinators are experienced in a multitude of event styles, sizes and locations.
Our team guarantees a service that is professional, friendly, and bespoke to your exact needs and requirements. YCE offer a large portfolio of over 200 venues for conferences, events and meetings at The UoY’s Heslington & City Centre Campuses, catering for capacities from 2 to thousands of delegates.
York is an amazing city for tourism, and we work with many local businesses (including hotels) to provide discounted activities to our delegates. The campus is very accessible using public transport; there's a frequent, fast train service to York on the East Coast Main Line from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh. There is also a direct service between York, Leeds and Manchester Airport.

Launched in Feb 2014, we've gone from strength to strength throughout the UK, Europe and overseas and as a result of this positive action & growth, the group were made an official Managed Community Partner of Facebook in 2019, And in 2021 we were selected from millions of other communities worldwide to participate in the Facebook Community Accelerator - a program focused on helping leaders harness the power of their community to turn ideas into action.
